Meet our Doctors
Dr. Greg Dennis
I was raised in Tuttle, Oklahoma. I graduated college from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in Biology while working as an E.M.T. Eventually I went on to finish my certification as a paramedic before starting medical school at The University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. It was at medical school that I met my wife, Dr. Lydia Dennis, and we both went on to complete a family practice residency at Via Christi in Wichita, KS.
I have been practicing in the Mustang-Yukon, Oklahoma area for approximately fourteen years. I recently began to appreciate that the standard “sick” model of healthcare (where patients are placed on more and more medicine) does NOT make patients better and have decided to make a practice change to correct course. There is vastly more opportunity to get people well in a direct primary care setting where time is not constrained to fifteen-minute appointments!
I am passionate about health and fitness and practice what I preach. My desire to practice medicine in the context of wellness led me to become one of only a few doctors in Oklahoma certified in Anti-Aging Medicine. As a self-proclaimed “bio-hacker” I try to stay up to date on the latest research for achieving optimal health. I took that pursuit of knowledge to a new level when I started my podcast titled “Fit RX.” My passion for testosterone replacement therapy has led me to become one of Oklahoma’s leading experts in the field.
When I am not exercising, sitting in my sauna, or reaping the longevity benefits of sitting in a cold pool, I enjoy being with my family, hunting, playing guitar, and watching movies with the volume turned up loud!

Dr. Lydia Dennis
Hello! My patients call me “Dr. Lydia.” I was born and raised in Mississippi and am Southern through and through. I attended Mississippi State University and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1997. I went on to do a year of DNA research at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In 1998, I got accepted into The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (now KCUMB) in Kansas City, MO. I met my husband there as a 2nd year medical student. We were married my 4th year of medical school while doing clinical rotations in Oklahoma City through St. Anthony Hospital. Greg and I did our residency training at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita, KS. After graduating, I did a brief stint working full-time ER with Emergency Services of Kansas in Newton. Our son was born soon after and I decided to stay home and work part time. We moved back to the Oklahoma City metro in 2007. Our initial employer was SSM in Mustang. Two years later, we moved to Mercy Yukon Clinic. I worked for Mercy 10 years, then decided to open my own practice in April of 2019 to realize a life-long dream. I can now say I am doing my best work!

My interest is in providing individualized care to patients who want a strong relationship with their doctor. I listen and think outside of the box. My goal is always to optimize your health.
